Fulguris – Terms & Conditions
License
Fulguris is licensed under the Common Public Attribution License (CPAL) 1.0. You are free to use, modify, and redistribute the software, including creating derivative works, provided you comply with CPAL terms. This includes maintaining attribution notices and displaying the required CPAL attribution in user interfaces.Attribution Notice
In accordance with CPAL Section 14, any user interface of the Application (including modified versions) must display the following attribution in a prominent location:“Powered by Fulguris Browser”
This notice must be shown every time the application starts, typically as a snackbar popup or equivalent UI element visible to the user.
Trademarks
The Fulguris name and logo are trademarks of the Service Provider. These trademarks are not covered by the CPAL license. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.Modifications and Derivatives
You may modify and redistribute the Application under CPAL terms. However, you must not misrepresent derivative works as official versions. All redistributed or modified versions must retain the CPAL license and attribution notice.Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services when distributed via Google Play or from slions.net. These services have their own Terms & Conditions:Users may opt out of certain third-party services during the initial setup wizard (onboarding/introduction) or later via Menu > Settings > Privacy. F-Droid builds exclude proprietary services and aim to minimize dependencies.
Privacy
Fulguris does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). Optional features that require network access may use third-party services configured to collect only anonymized data. No data is linked to individual users, and no profiling or tracking occurs.Because no PII is collected, requests to access, delete, or modify personal data cannot be fulfilled — there is no identifiable data to act upon. Device and Network Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security and connectivity. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and affect functionality. The Service Provider is not liable for issues arising from modified operating systems or lack of internet access.Updates and Compatibility
The Application may be updated periodically. You agree to accept updates when offered. Compatibility with your device or operating system is not guaranteed. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time.Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all liability for damages arising from use, including data loss, system failure, or reliance on third-party content.Termination
Upon termination of use, all rights granted under these Terms will cease. You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if required.Changes to These Terms
