Fulguris – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Fulguris F-Droid app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Stéphane Lenclud (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Open Source service.
License
Fulguris is licensed under the Common Public Attribution License (CPAL) 1.0. This license grants you the freedom to use, modify, and redistribute the software, including creating derivative works, provided you comply with the terms of the CPAL.Source Code and Derivatives
The source code is publicly available and may be modified or redistributed under the CPAL license. You are permitted to create derivative versions, as long as they include the required attribution and comply with CPAL terms.Attribution Notice
In accordance with CPAL Section 14, any user interface of the Application (including modified versions) must display the following attribution in a prominent location: “Powered by Fulguris Browser” This notice must be shown every time the application starts, typically as a snackbar popup or equivalent UI element that is visible to the user.Trademarks
The Fulguris name and logo are trademarks of the Service Provider. These trademarks are not covered by the CPAL license. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.Privacy and Data Collection
Fulguris does not collect or transmit any personal data by default. Any optional features that require network access will clearly indicate their purpose and behavior. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for more details.No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, or legal claims.Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.These terms and conditions are effective as of 2025-10-28
